The stated delivery times are estimates and may be extended in the event of circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs

For bulky items or containers, shipping costs may be quoted individually.

4. International Delivery

5. Delivery Tracking

When available, tracking information is provided to the customer to allow them to follow the progress of their order.

6. Order Receipt

The customer must check the condition of the product upon receipt. In case of visible damage, it is recommended to report it immediately to the carrier and contact Immo Group with the necessary information, including photographs.

7. Delivery Delays

Immo Group makes every effort to meet the stated delivery times. However, delays may occur due to shipping, customs formalities, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
